A fun, practical miso is available in a pack of 8 x 10g cubes to facilitate its use and measuring for cooking.
Miso Cube is very convenient since a single cube (10g) can be used as a condiment in ready-made dishes, in the cooking water for your grains, with fried vegetables, in broths (1 cube for 50 cl of liquid), for soups, sauces and risottos, or as a base for your broths when cooking fish.

Usage tips :
Used as a condiment diluted in water with vegetables, soups and ready-to-eat meals. Replaces salt (Do not use salt! Miso is already salty).
Add to water when cooking pasta, rice and cereals.
Use to pan-fry vegetables (add at the end of cooking).
In stock: 1 cube to 1/2 litre of liquid.
As a base for broths when cooking fish.
Storage advice :
Before opening :
BBD = 18 months from the date of manufacture
Store in a dry place, keep away from light
After opening : Keep away from light, humidity and heat and consume before BDD.
