Traditional dish par excellence, here is an organic gourmet recipe prepared in our kitchen at Moulin d’Andiran.
This regional recipe is made with smoked French bacon and lentils grown in the south-west near our kitchens.

French cooked lentils * (38%), water, vegetables * (23%) (leeks * (8%), carrots * (8%), onions * (7%)), French smoked bacon over beech wood * (5%) (French pork belly*, salt, glucose syrup *, cane sugar *, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrate, herbs *, essential pepper oil *), deodorized sunflower oil* , native corn starch*, Atlantic unrefined sea salt, garlic *, concentrated lemon juice *, pepper * (0,1%), thyme*.

Usage tips :
Ready to eat.
In a pot: heat over a low flame for 5 minutes.
In a double boiler (open bag): heat for 5 minutes.

Storage advice :

Before opening : 18 months from date of manufacture. Date on the cap.

After opening : Keep refrigerated after opening and consume within 3 days.
