  • 100g of organic butter
  • 3 organic eggs
  • 80g of organic sugar

Preparation :

  • 1. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
  • 2. Add chestnut cream while beating vigourously.
  • 3. Beat eggs and stir them carefully out of the fire while stirring delicately.
  • 4. Heat the oven at 150 ° C.
  • 5. Pour the dough into a buttered cake pan.
